The length of time it takes to design and build a website depends on the scope of work - it could take as little as 1 week or longer than 3 months.

We can estimate a more accurate time line once we have gained an understanding of what you need.

If we take on your project, we will design and build the site on our feature rich platform.

We only offer maintenance to websites that we have designed and / or developed.

We can provide you with a quote for structural, design or content changes based on what needs to be done.

A 50% deposit is required in order for us to start working on your site and the remaining 50% upon site completion, unless otherwise stated or agreed apon.

Maintenance / Fees

• Graphic Design @ £ 25.00 per hour
• Website Maintenance @ £ 20.00 per hour
• Website Development @ £ 30.00 per hour
• Remote Support @ £ 5.00 per 30 min
• We do not offer call outs

Terms

Please note that domain and hosting has to be kept with W3 Designs (PTY) Ltd. This is due to the custom platform that has been developed by us and upgrades being distributed, as well as the ease of management and the level of service we can offer you.

We are pleased to introduce automated platform upgrades, this service is now included with your hosting fees. We may ask for a contribution towards the upgrades should your website need to be worked on individually.

Regular platform upgrades keeps your website up to date and will save you money in the long run. Upgrades will also improve SEO (Search Engine Optimization), Security, Functionality, Features and more.

SaaS

Software as a Service

Software as a service is a delivery model for software applications whereby the vendor hosts and operates the application over the Internet. Customers pay for using the software without owning the underlying infrastructure. With SaaS Contracts, customers will pay for usage through their billing.
